-Yes, you can attend 2 trial lessons before you commit a full term study (10 to 12 sessions per term). Feedback and suggestions will be provided to the student and parents after the trial lessons.
-Replacement lesson will be provided if there is an absence due to sickness or emergency. The timing of the replacement lesson will be decided by Fang Hwa based on the availabilities of both parties.
-Tuition fees should be paid on a term basis (4 terms a year and similar with School’s terms) before the 1st week of each term. An E-receipt will be provided by Fang Hwa after receiving the payment.
-A one-time registration fee of $50 is applicable for new student. The registration fee is not refundable.
-No Deposit required.
-If Student decides to withdraw from Fang Hwa, a withdrawal notice has to be served in writing via email, WhatsApp’s or letter, and all fees paid are strictly non-refundable.
-Unused portions of fees will be refunded to students in the events that Fang Hwa stops the tuition or closes the tuition center due to its own or legal reasons, or Fang Hwa moves to another location that is not convenient for students.
-Maximum 5 students per class guaranteeing each student sufficient one-on-one time to review, discuss and practice.
-Students and parents will receive a written assessment report after each term finishes. I will also go through the report with the student during 1:1 time in the class.
-I am always happy to talk with parents. We can set up a call or meet in the classroom for the feedback and discussion.
-Yes, there are Holiday programs in June and Dec school holidays. The program is usually a 3 hours a day and 5 days in row aiming strengthening trainings.
-Replacement lesson will be provided if the scheduled lesson falls under public holidays.
-Small group face to face lesson is the default teaching mode I provide. However I provide high-quality online lessons if offline is not permitted.
